No, sorry. Each Arty-Shock you order from us is made especially for you. Which is why unfortunately we cannot except returns. We produce, pack and ship each Arty-Shock with the greatest care. Should your Arty-Shock nonetheless be damaged en route to you, we will of course replace it as soon as possible and free of charge. Please report the damage directly upon receipt and mail us clear pictures of the damage, so we can see what went wrong. 

YES YOU CAN! We can create an Arty-Shock in pretty much any size. Simply contact us so we can discuss your wishes!

• Typographic posters: 30 x 40 cm, 40 x 60 cm or 60 x 80 cm

Dibond is a type of aluminum (if you are from the US) or, as the rest of the world calls it: aluminium. It’s a highly durable and sturdy material. We print on high quality Dibond that is 3 mm thick (0,12″) that really let’s the colors of all Arty-Shocks ‘pop’, but has a beautiful matte finish.

Perspex is simply a type of plexiglass. Ours is glossy, 5 mm (0,2″) thick, of super high quality and makes the colors of any Arty-Shock supercalifragilisticexpialidociously vivid.

Every Arty-Shock is made-to-order, so we don’t have any Arty-Shocks lying ‘on the shelve’. Also, Arty-Shocks are only made as limited editions (see numbers below). And yes, that means that at some point in time we will run out of certain Arty-Shocks. So don’t wait too long with your order…

Limited Editions Europe

• Small Arty-Shocks: 100 editions per design/type
• Medium Arty-Shocks: 50 editions per design/type
• Large Arty-Shocks: 50 editions per design/type
• Extra Large Arty-Shocks: 50 editions per design/type

Note that Mini’s, Mix & Match items and Arty-Shocks-on-canvas are unlimited and can be ordered until eternity. And hip hip hooray for that: they make brilliant gifts for pretty much everyone, anytime!

Spacers
Every Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large Arty-Shock can be delivered with 4 stainless steel side-grip spacers. With these spacers of app. 15 mm (approx. 0,6”), you can mount your Arty-Shock to the wall yourself. It does require you to drill 4 holes in your wall in the right spot, but clear instructions on how to do this are included.

U-frame
At an additional cost, we offer the option to deliver a separate, custom made U (shaped) frame that allows you to hang your Arty-Shock flush against the wall. It’s DIY, but you can easily install the U-frame to the back of your Arty-Shock using the U-frame instruction manual.

Adhesive hanger
For Small and Medium sized Arty-Shocks that are made of Dibond, we also offer adhesive hangers, which you simply stick on the back of your Arty-Shock at the height you prefer. If you plan to frame your Arty-Shock (or have it framed), simply order it ‘As-is’.

Mini, Mix & Match and Canvas
For Mini’s and Mix & Match sizes, separate smaller adhesive hangers are available that you simply stick on the back. Arty-Shocks-on-canvas come with their own black frame, that you can easily install using the canvas instruction manual.

Oh noooo! What a bummer! Please know that we take the greatest precautions to pack and protect your Arty-Shock for its journey to your home. However, we do understand that #$@% sometimes does happen. No worries though: we will do everything in our power to make things right. Please notify us of the damage directly after receiving your Arty-Shock by sending us a few photos that clearly show the damage.  E-mail them with a clear description to info@arty-shock.nl and we will contact you as soon as we can and see to it that your Arty-Shock is replaced.

It most certainly is! We can create our Arty-Shock designs as custom made acoustic panels up to pretty much any size. We offer regular acoustic panels and extra-padded ones for even better acoustic control. Please contact us for more information and a custom quote!

As soon as we receive your order and full payment, we’ll get moving to produce your very own, unique Arty-Shock. It takes up to 10 working days to get one ready for shipment. When your Arty-Shock will actually arrive, depends on where you are located: all Arty-Shocks are made in the Netherlands, so that’s where yours starts its journey to you. No worries though, once your Arty-Shock is on its way, we’ll send you a track and trace link so you can stay up to date on its whereabouts.
